Summary: The best part of drowning was always the expressions they made. The surprise, the panic, the desperation. Bill loved watching as their eyes grew wide, practically bulging out of their face, and their mouth gasping for breath that wasn't there. They always reached to him, as though they thought he would help them. As if he weren't the one dragging them down.
